Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with IDB2B in under 5 minutes. Follow this step-by-step guide to start tracking your WhatsApp leads and measuring ROI.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- β WhatsApp Business API access (or Business App)
- β Active advertising campaigns driving WhatsApp traffic
- β Admin access to your advertising accounts (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- β 5 minutes to complete the setup
Step 1: Create Your IDB2B Account
Sign Up
- Go to app.idb2b.com/signup
- Enter your business email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your business profile
Choose Your Plan
- Starter: Up to 500 leads/month - $49/month
- Growth: Up to 2,000 leads/month - $149/month
- Pro: Up to 10,000 leads/month - $399/month
- Enterprise: Custom limits - Contact us

Step 2: Connect WhatsApp Business API

Option B: WhatsApp Business App (Limited Features)
- Install our mobile companion app
- Grant message access permissions
- Connect to your IDB2B account
Note: API integration provides full features. Business App has limited tracking capabilities.
Step 3: Configure Campaign Tracking
Add UTM Parameters
Update your ad campaigns to include IDB2B tracking parameters:

Step 4: Set Up Lead Qualification
Define Your Qualification Criteria
Navigate to Settings > Lead Qualification and configure:
Budget Qualification
- Minimum Budget: $10,000
- Maximum Budget: $1,000,000
- Budget Timeline: Project timeline for spending
Timeline Qualification
- Immediate: Ready to start within 30 days
- Short-term: 1-3 months
- Long-term: 3+ months
- Unsure: Needs more information
Authority Qualification
- Decision Maker: Can make final decisions
- Influencer: Influences decision making
- End User: Will use the product/service
- Researcher: Gathering information only
AI Training Examples
Provide sample conversations to train the AI:
Good Lead Example:
User: "Hi, I'm looking for a 3-bedroom house in downtown area.

Bad Lead Example:
User: "Just checking prices, no rush to buy."
Step 5: Test Your Setup
Send a Test Lead
- Go to your WhatsApp Business number
- Send a test message from a different phone
- Check if the lead appears in your IDB2B dashboard
- Verify the qualification scoring
Verify Campaign Attribution
- Click through one of your ads
- Send a WhatsApp message
- Confirm the lead is attributed to the correct campaign
Step 6: Configure Integrations (Optional)
